Workspace level flow notifications allow you to create a single notification setup that applies to all flows in your workspace. For example, if you setup a notification to email your helpdesk whenever there is a flow in a Failed status from the workspace level, then you'll get a message every time any flow fails in your workspace.
This can be very useful for creating a global "catch all" mailbox for failed flows. It also means you don't have to setup individual notifications in each flow.
Workspace level flow notifications work exactly like normal flow notifications except that you access them from Workspace Settings > Notifiers instead of from the flow configuration.
If you configure both workspace level notifications and notifications within an individual flow, then both will run. This can be helpful if you want to have a workspace level notification to your central helpdesk and specific notifications within flows for particular operations teams.
When you combine workspace level notifications with webhooks, you can use this feature to collect statistics on all of the flows that execute within your account. Just configure a workspace level webhook that is subscribed to all types (success, skip, and fail). Learn more about webhooks here.
