Workspace Notifications (Beta)
Workspace Owners and Administrators can now add notifiers at the Workspace level which applies to all Flows. This works similarly to the Notification section of a Flow configuration. The biggest difference is that these notifiers apply to all Flows.
NOTE: Your Workspace must be on the Preview track to see this feature. To turn on the Preview track please refer to our support documentation here.
Why we made the change
Even though users are able to set up Notifiers within individual Flow configurations, it can be incredibly helpful to know when something happens with any/all of your Flows in your Workspace.
Linked Flow Executions
When Flows are executed they get a unique identifier which gets recorded in the audit log for the Flow. When a reason arises for a Flow Execution to be resubmitted a whole new record for that Flow Execution is recorded to the audit log. With this feature, users now have the ability to view all previous Flow Executions, including the original execution and all resubmissions.
Why we made the change
While a user can view all Flow Executions in the Executions screen it may be necessary to resubmit Flows from time to time. This feature gives customers a log that is accessible to track and monitor certain files that you may need to re-process due to connections being down or bug fixes that resulted in the initial flow to fail. Having this information available at the execution level saves a considerable amount of time verses trying to find data tags and other filters to find all executions for a given payload.
