Overview
The Negative Result Monitor, found in the Flow configuration’s Notifications panel, is a valuable feature that lets users set up monitors that keep an eye on Flow executions for negative outcomes during specific time frames. You can create and schedule as many monitors as needed, providing valuable insights into your Flow behaviors.
Creating A Negative Result Monitor
To create a Negative Result Monitor and add it to your Flow configuration, start by going to your Integration Settings.
Then click Edit on the Flow you would like to add the monitor to.
Next, in the Flow configuration screen, click Notifications in the sidebar on the right, or scroll to the Notifications Panel.
Click the "Add Scheduled Monitor" button to access the Monitor Settings.
In the Monitor Settings modal, first choose the interval of time the monitor checks the flow for an execution result.
Next, decide whether you would like the Monitor to check if the Flow has or has not been successful within the predetermined amount of time. You can change this to be as little as an hour to as much as 2 weeks.
Next, add the email addresses, separated by commas, that you would like this Monitor notification to be sent.
Finally, using the scheduler, you can set times in which your notifications for this Monitor will be active.
Once you have entered your settings, click the "Add Scheduled Monitor" button.
You should now see your scheduled Monitor with all its criteria listed in the Notifications panel.
To have this Monitor initiated, Save and redeploy this Flow configuration.
