Resetting Your MFA
To ensure the security of your information, we follow a stringent process for resetting Multi-factor Authentication. To initiate a reset, kindly ask a colleague who is also a Chain.io user in your workspace to submit a request on your behalf. This extra step helps us verify that MFA resets adhere to our corporate security policies.
To submit a reset request, visit our support portal and fill out this form. Choose "Reset MFA Request" as the Support request type field, and in the description, include the email address of the Chain.io user needing the MFA reset.
This added layer of security is crucial for the effectiveness of Multi-factor Authentication. Since our system doesn't collect personal details like names or phone numbers, this process ensures that only legitimate requests are processed, preventing unauthorized access.
