Mapping Tool Enhancements

• Easily view and navigate to flows utilizing specific custom maps directly from the mapping tool.  Learn more about our custom mapping tool.

• Users can now delete unused custom maps to reduce clutter.
• All Chain.io EDI destination adapters now support selection of element, segment, and component delimiters, making it easier to comply with your trading partners’ specialized requirements.

Network Adapter Updates

• Our new Freightos OpenFreight adapter supports receiving bookings from the Freightos WebCargo platform. 
• Cargowise Universal Event XML now allows you to map XPath elements to canonical Chain.io fields outside the normal mapping using the “Shipment Property Mapping” option.
• Cargowise Universal Event XML now allows you to map additional reference fields to the Shipment - Booking Portal Reference canonical field.
• Our Descartes Portrix RRC Response adapter has been updated to include the “price per” value alongside other pricing information in the shipment note. 
• Our Magaya Supply Chain adapters have been enhanced to extend the timeout window from 5 to 15 minutes per execution when exchanging Invoice, Shipment, and Vendor data. 
• Cargowise Universal Shipment source now creates canonical data for the transshipment port and trans shipment estimated & actual arrival from the last precarriage leg.
• InforNexus 315 adapter now supports trans shipment port in the R4*T segment..
• InforNexus Invoice XML now supports automatically calculating the per unit rate using “Per Shipment”, “Per Kilogram - Actual”, and “Per Kilogram - Chargeable” calculations.

Bug Fixes

• We’ve fixed a bug preventing processing of CargoWise XUE files without a TriggerReference. This improvement ensures continued processing of events even when the TriggerReference field is not populated.
• When creating or updating Cargowise customs declarations, the 4 character scac code is split only for SEA shipments.  Previously, the logic split on hyphens for all modes.
• Hyphens are now automatically removed from master airway bills when sending to Cargowise customs declarations.
