Overview
The Chain.io Integration Library contains features that help logistics professionals working together in the portal, connected through collaboration tools, task and asset management. Customers have the ability to add memos, tasks, milestones, files and bookmarks to their Integration, in an effort to keep all information related to the success of the Integration all in one place.
Memos
Memos in the Integration Library can be used to share important information about your Integration as well as provide a place to list instructions, order of operations and other types of content.
To add a Memo to your Integration, select Add Memo from the Memo pane in the Integration Library

In a Memo you can add the following:
- Title - Give your memo a meaningful title
- Body - content related to your memo
- Category - select a category for your memo

When you have filled out the fields above, click Save Memo

You will now see your Memo in the Memo pane. You can also see your Memo show up in the Integration Dashboard.
Tasks
Tasks in the Integration Library are provided so customers can organize the items that need to be completed to have their integration run successfully with their trading partner.
Add A Task
To add Tasks to the Integration Library, select Add Task from the bottom of the Tasks pane.

In a Task the following fields are available:
- Title - Give your memo a meaningful title
- Body - content related to your Task
- Due Date - select a date this Task needs to be completed by
- Category - select a category for your memo
- Assigned To - Select the person on your team this Task should be assigned to. (NOTE: This must be a user in your Integration or Workspace)

When you have completed filling out the fields above, click Save Task.

Your new task will now show up in the Task Pane.
Remove A Task
To remove a Task or mark it as completed, select the Task in the pane and in the modal select Complete.

Milestones
Milestones are available to use as a collaboration and planning tool for your Integration.
Add A Milestone
To add a Milestone to your Integration, click Add Milestone from the bottom of the Milestone pane.

In the Add Milestone modal that appears, users have the following fields to add information to:
- Title - Give your memo a meaningful title
- Due Date - select a date this Milestone needs to be completed by
- Severity Level - select a the severity of this Milestone
- Memo - Add a memo to your Milestone for context and more information

When you have completed filling out fields, click Save Milestone

Remove A Milestone
To remove a Milestone, select the Milestone item from the pane.
Next, click the Delete button at the bottom of the Milestone modal.

Files
Add A File
To add files to your Integration Library, click the Upload Files button at the bottom of the Files pane.

In the modal that appears, first choose a file from your computer. Then select a Category.

When completed, click the Upload button at the bottom of the Add File modal.

You will now see your file appear in the Files pane.
Remove A File
To remove a File, click the trash bin icon to the right of the file name in the Files pane.
Bookmarks
Add A Bookmark
To add a Bookmark to your Integration Library, click Add Bookmark at the bottom of the Bookmarks pane.

In the modal that appears, enter the title for your Bookmark and the address it directs to. Finally, select a Category for this Bookmark.

When you have finished adding your Bookmark information, click Save Bookmark.

You will now see your new Bookmark appear in the Bookmarks pane.
Remove A Bookmark
To remove a Bookmark, select the edit icon to the right of your Bookmark in the pane. Then click the Delete button to remove your Bookmark.

Contacts
Contacts allow customers to keep track of the important team members that will make their Chain.io integrations successful. These contacts could be your logistics management team, the technical contact at software vendor or another third party you need to get data from.
In any case keeping contact information with your integration makes for an effective workflow and keeps everything and everyone you need in one place.
Adding A Contact To The Integration Library
To add a Contact to your Integration, select the Integration from the Workspace landing view or the Integration selector in the main navigation.

Next, click on Library in the updated main navigation. You can also use the link in your Integration Dashboard module for Contacts.

Once in the Library, on the right side, locate Contacts. Click the Add Contact button.

In the modal that appears, add the first and last name of your contact along with their company name, title, email address. If you are an Editor or Owner of the Workspace, a checkbox will appear allowing you to invite this contact to your Workspace.

When you have finished filling out the information for your Contact, click the Save Contact button.
You will now see your contact listed in the Contacts section of the Integration Library.

You can also view your contacts information on the Integration Dashboard.

Editing Contacts
To edit a contact and change their information, simply click the Edit link to the right of the contact information.
In the modal that appears, make any changes to the contact information you need and click, Save Contact.
You will see your updated contact information reflected in the Contact element.
Removing A Contact
To remove a Contact from your Integration Library, click on the Edit link to the right of the contact.
In the modal that appears, click the Delete button at the bottom to remove your contact from the Integration Library. Please note that if this Contact was also invited to the Workspace when they were added to the Integration Library they WILL NOT be removed from the Workspace.

Viewing Contacts In The Integration Dashboard
If you have Contacts in your Integration Library, they will be displayed on the Integration Dashboard. You can also quickly edit and remove your contact from the dashboard.
